Why GAP?

The gap is not a lack of potential. It's the distance between potential and opportunity.

  1. Potential

Every child, young person and family has strengths, abilities and ambitions.

  2. Understanding & support

Listening first, recognising needs and offering the right support at the right time.

  3. Opportunity

Confidence, connection and real pathways into learning, work and community life.

Potential exists everywhere. Our role is to help remove barriers, strengthen connections and create opportunities for people to thrive.
