Policies and commitments
Safe, inclusive and accountable
Trust is built through transparency, good governance and a commitment to protecting the people we support.
Our founding trustees have adopted a governance and policy framework covering safeguarding, equality, financial management, conflicts of interest, complaints, data protection and programme delivery. Before any services begin, we will complete our operational procedures, appoint safeguarding personnel and confirm insurance, recruitment and risk-management arrangements.
Equality, diversity and inclusion
We aim to create welcoming, accessible spaces that respect individual differences and respond to barriers to taking part. A public version of our equality, diversity and inclusion policy will be published here once approved.
Governance
Our trustees make sure charitable resources are used properly, conflicts of interest are declared and managed, and decisions are made in the charity's best interests. For policy enquiries, email admin@gapeducation.org.uk.
